Our Made-to-Order Promise & Return Policy

At Gradienta, every piece of wall art is printed on-demand and custom-made especially for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for "buyer's remorse."

We do not accept returns or provide refunds if you:

  • Ordered the wrong size or format.
  • Changed your mind about the artwork or "don't like it."
  • Provided an incorrect shipping address.

Please double-check your order details (size, artwork, shipping address) carefully before placing it.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

To report an issue, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at alex@gradienta.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number.
  3. Include clear, well-lit photographs showing:
    • The full item.
    • A close-up of the damage, defect, or print issue.
    • (If applicable) The packing slip that came with your order.

Our Resolution

Once we receive your email and verify the issue with our print partner, we will promptly send you a replacement of the same item at no cost to you. We do not typically require the damaged item to be returned.

If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues reported more than 14 days after delivery.
