Order processing and production time
All our products are made to order. When you place your order, we send it to our print partner, who makes it at the print lab nearest to you: in the UK, the Netherlands, the United States, Canada or Australia.
Production time: please allow 2–5 working days for your order to be made before it ships.
Delivery costs and times
Times below are after production and are estimates, not guarantees.
- United Kingdom: free on every order. 2–4 working days.
- Europe (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland): free on orders of £100 or more, otherwise £9.99. 3–7 working days.
- United States: free on orders of £100 or more, otherwise £14.99. 3–7 working days.
- Australia and New Zealand: free on orders of £100 or more, otherwise £14.99. 5–10 working days.
- Japan, Singapore and Hong Kong: free on orders of £100 or more, otherwise £14.99. 10–20 working days.
- Canada: free on orders of £250 or more, otherwise £29.99. 5–10 working days.
- South Korea, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates: free on orders of £250 or more, otherwise £29.99. 10–20 working days.
Large canvases and UK-made sizes: our 36×48″ stretched and framed canvases are delivered free to the UK, Europe, Australia and Canada, and cost £59.99 to deliver elsewhere. A few sizes are made only in our UK lab (stretched 18×20″, 22×24″, 22×30″, 26×36″ and 34×40″, and framed 24×30″); these are free to the UK, follow the Europe rates above (except Italy, £39.99), and cost £49.99 to the United States and Canada and £89.99 to the rest of the world. The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.
International orders, customs and taxes
Because we print close to you, most orders to the European Union, the United States and Australia are made in that region and delivered without customs charges. Orders to other countries (including Switzerland, Norway and Canada) may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.
Incorrect shipping address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of sending it again.
