Order Processing & Production Time
All Gradienta products are made-to-order. Once you place your order, it is sent to one of our global print partners to be custom-printed and framed.
Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before it ships.
Estimated Shipping Times
After production, your order is routed to the nearest available print lab to ensure fast delivery. Shipping times depend on the destination and align with our store’s shipping profiles.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and our zone pricing:
- Free Shipping: Available in all regions when your order total is £75 or higher (except the UK, which is always free).
- Standard International: £14.99 for orders under £75.
- UK Shipping: Always free (3–5 working days).
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package’s journey in real time.
International Orders & Customs Fees
Some countries may charge taxes, customs fees, or import duties. These are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for the reshipment cost.
