Giclée (pronounced zhee-clay) is a French term meaning "to spray," and it refers to a high-quality inkjet printing process. Our Giclée prints use a 12-color archival pigment ink system and are printed on superior canvas substrates. This process provides exceptional color accuracy, sharp detail, and ensures the artwork will have a 100+ year color guarantee against fading, making it true museum-quality.
We will always guarantee the quality of your product upon arrival. In the rare event that your canvas is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) and provide clear photos of the damage to the product and the packaging. We will work with to arrange for a free replacement to be shipped to you as quickly as possible.
Because every canvas is custom-printed just for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size/frame choice, or color differences (as colors can vary slightly between monitors and the final print). Please double-check your order details carefully before purchasing. We can only process replacements for products that are confirmed as damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival (see Question 2).
To keep your print looking its best, we recommend gently dusting it with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaning sprays or abrasive materials, as this can damage the print surface and inks. We suggest hanging your canvas away from direct, harsh sunlight and high humidity areas to ensure its longevity.
We use a global network of print labs to fulfill orders as close to the delivery address as possible. This strategy of local fulfillment is designed to significantly reduce or often eliminate the need for customs duties and import taxes for the vast majority of international shipments.
While rare exceptions can occur, the price you pay at checkout is typically the final price. You should not encounter unexpected customs fees upon delivery.
